Federal Government Licence to Operate and Listing in UTME/JAMB Brochure.
As the result of favourable joint inspection visit of a combined team of Federal Ministry of Education and National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to Living Spring College of Technology and Innovation in June 2010, the Honorable Minister for Education approved operation of Living Spring College of Technology and Innovation.
In his letter to the Chairman, Governing Council, Dr. Mas’udu Adamu Kazaure, the Executive Secretary, National Board for Technical Education congratulated LISCOTECH on the approval to operate on behalf of the Honourable Minister for Education.
In another development, the Director of Programme, National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) wrote on behalf of the Executive Secretary of NBTE in his letter dated May 23, 2012 advising Joint Admission Matriculation Board(JAMB) to enlist Living Spring College of Technology and Innovation in its brochure.
LISCOTECH Graduates Admitted to Other Tertiary Institutions For Further Studies.
The first batch of National Innovation and National Diploma graduates of Living Spring College of Technology and Innovation completed in December 2011.
A good number of them have secured admission by Direct Entry into government and private universities while some have commenced Higher National Diploma in polytechnics. The institutions that admitted them include; National Open University, Kaduna Polytechnic, The Polytechnic, Ibadan and Lagos State Polytechnic, among others. A major problem of the education system in Nigeria is poor performance of graduates on the job, particularly, graduates of technological courses. Thus, most graduates are unable to fit into the labour market. The problem compels several organizations to retrain fresh graduates before putting their hands on the job. The case of graduates of Living Spring College of Technology and Innovation is different. In line with the objectives of the institution, Living Spring College of Technology and Innovation now provides support services for our graduates on academic and work career development.
Certificate and Diploma holders of the school willing to further studies in Nigeria and Overseas are counseled and supported on how and where to get the best result
We have therefore entered into Cooperation Agreement with tertiary institutions in Nigeria and abroad in order to brighten chances of our graduates in the midst of keen competition for placement.
To date, graduates of LISCOTECH have been placed for Direct Entry in government and private Universities is also for Higher National Diploma in government and private polytechnics.
Also, we have a list of reputable institutions in Europe and Asia where Tuition Fee per annum is around Four Hundred Thousand Naira (N400, 000.00) and in most cases, students can combine work with studies. We want to see our graduates shining all over the world.
